Laura Curry, CPA is the managing partner of the Firm. She started her public accounting experience in 1988, the same year she graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a BS in Accounting. She is the accounting and audit partner of the Firm. She has extensive audit experience with not-for-profits, manufacturing, construction, and real estate clients. She reviews most of the accounting and audit engagements before they leave the premises, and she works with managing most of the large clients. In 2000, she passed the Series 7 and Series 66 exams and became licensed in Insurance for the firm’s financial planning division.

Rosemary Ireland, CPA is the tax and information systems partner of the Firm. Originally from Winston-Salem, NC, she started her public accounting experience in 1991 after graduating from Wake Forest University with a BA in Latin in 1990. After becoming a CPA in 1995, Rosemary became the tax partner in the firm on January 1, 1999 and is responsible for all aspects of tax compliance, with over fifteen years experience in corporate and individual returns, partnership returns, tax planning and research, employee benefits plans, and not-for-profits. In 2000, she passed the Series 7 and Series 66 exams and became licensed in Insurance for the firm’s financial planning division. She is the firm’s network administrator and oversees all areas of Information Technology.

Wayne Curry, CPA started his public accounting experience in 1964. Wayne graduated from High Point College in 1964 with a BS in Accounting. Prior to starting this Firm, he had been a partner with Dixon, Odom and Company and Curry, Bason & Company, L.L.P. Wayne Curry’s duties include marketing the Firm and tax planning. In 2000, he passed the Series 7 and Series 66 exams and became licensed in Insurance for the firm’s financial planning division.

Gail B. Curry, CPA started her public accounting experience in 1981. She is a Certified Public Accountant and does a large number of complicated 1040’s and 1120’s. Gail works primarily during tax season only.

Diane McCaskill, CPA
Diane has been a CPA with Curry, Ireland & Co., L.L.P. since 2000, and has worked in public accounting since 1996. She received her CPA license in September 1999. She previously was CFO for a manufacturing company and Controller for Construction Company in Greensboro, NC. She graduated from Guilford College with a BS degree in Accounting.

Lisa Goller, CPA is a part-time tax preparer who began working for Curry, Ireland & Co. in 2005. She previously has worked for Odom & Co., BDO Siedman and Ernst & Young. She received her CPA license in November 1989 after graduating from NC State University in May, 1989.
Lisha Davis, CPA is a part-time tax preparer who began working for Curry, Ireland & Co. in 2004. Lisha began her public accounting experience in 1990 after graduating from Cleveland State University in 1989 with a B.B.A. in Accounting. She prepares individual income taxes for the firm’s clients.
